Regular Meeting
DATE: September 2/+, 1973 AT: Village Hall
ML;MBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: Complete Board. present
President Pottarff apened the meeting at 7:30 p.m. with the Pledge to
the Flag. Roll call was taken. All members of the Board were present.
Motion was made by R. Selfridge to approve the Treasurers Report.
Seconded. by W. Rahn. Motion carried..
L. Taylor made a motion to pass (?rd.inance No. 775, Operation of Machinery
Fixed on Vehicles Prohibited in ar within b00 feet of any Residential Zone.
Seconded by H, Gehrke. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
G. Taylor made a motion to have attorney`.proceed. with.:.annexation of two
parcels of Park District property, located at Lockpart Road at I-55 and
Caton Farm. Road. at I-55 in response to Park District reguest. S~:COnded by
W. Rahn. All ayes, no nays. Mot ion carried..
