Regular Meeting
DATE: August 2.0, 1973 AT: Village Hall

President Pottorff opened. the meeting at 7:3n p.m. with the Pledge to
the Flag. Rev. Massey gave the invocation. Roll call. was taken.
All members of the Board were present.
Motion was made by G. Ansley to accept The Treasurer's Report. Seconded
by W. Rahn. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
H. Gehrke made a motion there be na parking on the Village Green side all
around the park. Seconded by L. Taylor. All ayes, na nays. Motion carried..
W. Rahn made a motion to approve the Tax Levy Ordinance No. 770. Seconded by
. L. Taylor. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
L. Taylor made a motion to adopt Proposal No. 1 aro viding i~or annexation, which
was originally proposed by the AnnexatM.an Committee. Seconded. by W. Rahn.
Vote by roll. call: Rahn, aye; Gehrke, nay; Ansley, nay; L. Taylor, aye;
G. Taylor, nay; Selfridge,,nay. Two ayes, four nags. Motion not carried.

R. Selfridge made a motion to adopt Proposal Na. 2~providing far anne~catian.
Seconded. by H, Gehrke. Vote by roll call: Rahn, nay; Gehrke, aye; Ansley, aye;
L. Taylar, nay; G. Taylor, aye; Selfridge, aye. Four ayes, two nays. Motion
carried.
H. Gehrke made a motion to go ahead with Eastern Avenue and Center Street
Storm Sewer Project if it can be campl.eted. within the yeas. Seconded by Z.
Taylor. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried..
Meeting adjourned to an Executive Session to discuss hiring an architect
for the new Municipal Building and discussion of possible sites.
