PLAINFIELD VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING
Regular Meeting
DATE: August 6, 1973
AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: C. Pottorff, Pres. W. Rahn, H. Gehrke, G. Ansley,
L. Taylor, R. Selfridge, Trustees. Trustee
G. Taylor was absent
President Pottorff opened the meeting at 7:30 p.m. with the Pledge to the
Flag. Roll call was taken. Trustee G. Taylor was absent.
M'i'nutes of the July Meetings were approved as read. W. Rahn made a motion to
refrain from reading minutes at meetings inasmuch as minutes are previously
delivered to Trustees. Seconded by L. Taylor. All ayes, no nays. Motion
carried.
On motion by L. Taylor, seconded by G. Ansley, the current invoices were
approved for payment. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
W. Rahn made a motion Claude Jennings audit the Assessment Books. Seconded
by L. Taylor. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
G. Ansley made a motion to adopt Resolution for Library to borrow money for
Tax Anticipation Warrants. Seconded by L. Taylor. All ayes, no nays. Motion
carried.
H. Gehrke made a motion to pay school for sewer installations. L. Taylor seconded
the motion. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned to an Executive Session.
