Special Meeting

MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: C. Pottorff, President, W. Rahn, H. Gehrke
Cx. Ansley, L. Taylor, R. Selfridge, Trustees,
present. Trustee, C~. Taylor, absent.
President Pottorff called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. with the
Pledge to the Flag. Roll call was taken. Trustee, G. Taylor was absent.
W. Rahn made a mat ion to appoint Frank Unger Inspector of Water & Sewer
Improvements for alley. Seconded. by L. Taylor. All ayes, no nays. Motion
carried.
L. Taylor made a motion to reduce the retainer fee for Davis Construction
Company at Super Valu Stores, Inc. to 7~1~. Seconded by W. Rahn. All ayes,
no nays. Motion carried..
R. Selfridge made a motion that C,ene Gordon check to see if manhole is
needed in alley behind StPiner's and. Kreb~~. Seconded. by L. Taylor. All
ayes, no nays. Motion. carried...
It was agreed. Village Attorney contact Lakewood Nursing Hame Officials on
easement thro~zgh their property for Center Street storm sewer.
