Indiana, met in regular session in the office of the said Board, Mond4y, June 28, 1920 , at 9 A.M. All the menbers of the said Board be- ing present Messrs. Gilbert, Taylor, arid Peitz the following proceedings were had to-wit:-The Board presented the following communication, to-wit : - This is to certify that I am treating John Schhelle and that his thumb is still in such a condition that it is not advisable for him to use same for some time. Respectfully yours, Richard Schillinger • The Board allowed the following claims: M.E.L. & P.P. for St. Lighting for three (3) months 4,332.87 ; the donation to the heid Memorial Hospital $750.00 ; and the School City $250.00 for ground rent. The Board received the following communicati on: Gentlemen : We desire to submit the following bid for all city advertising which will appear in the Palladium from June 30th , 1920 to June 30th , 1921, according to the terms and conditions set forth in your advertisement appearing in the Palladium • June llth and June 18th . For each inch of advertising .08 1/3 cents per thou- sand net paid city circulation or 50 cents an inch for the 6,000 net paid circulation. Respectfully submitted, PALLADIUTJI NRINTING COMPANY By E. H. Harris Sec' ty - Treas. Mr. Peltz moved that the above bid of fifty ( 50) cents an inch for the 6,000 net paid circulation be accepted. Seconded by Mr. Taylor so ordered. Pursuant to postponement to thke under advisement with the City Atty. the Board takes up Declaratory Resolution 118-1918 for the vacation of the 2nd alley west of Sheridan St. running from Laurel St. north to the lst alley running feast and west be- tween Laurel and Railroad Street. The Board now takes Final Action on said Resolution the same being confirmed without mo- dification, and the Board orders that a roll be prepared of all owners or holders of property, and all valuable interest therein sought to be taken, or to be injuriously affected, ~rich list or roll shall also describe the property beneficially affected.
