MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: President Selfrige, Trustees G. Ansley,
J. King and L. Robinson
president called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. with the pledge
to the flag. Roll call was taken. Trustees, J. D'Arcy, Dan Rife
were absent.
Due to a lack of quorum the meeting was cancelled till February 18,
1980.
