The Board of Public forks of the Ci to of Hi ch mond , India na,
met in regular session in the office of the said Board, Mon-
day, June 21 , 1920 , at 9 A.M. All the members of the sd d
Board being present Messrs. Gilbert , Taylor, and Peitz the
followi n proceedings were had to-wit : -
The Board approved. arid signed the Contract Bond of Daniel
G. Burkhardt , Contractor, under Improvement Resolution 4579-
1920.
Bills to the amount of 10,792.79' were allowed and ordered paid.
The Board approved the vari eus payrolls up to June 16th , 1920.
The Board then adjourned.

The Board of Public 'orr s of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session in the 'office of the said Board Thurs.
3une 24, 1920 , at 9 A.M. All the members of the said Board
being -present Messrs. Gilbert , Taylor, and. Celtz the follow-
ing proceedings were had. to-wit :
• The Clerk presented the complaints from Council of Honday ,
dune 21st , and the matter in regard to the hedge on the pro-
perty of the P.0. . & St. L. R.R. Co. on North--Test 2nd St.
between the two railroad bridges was referred to the City
Atty. to see if .they could legally compel said railroad com-
pany to remorse said hedge.
The Clerk was instructed to notify Louck & Hill to remove the
mud from the sidewalk infront of their property on North 8th.

The Beard of Pun i c Viorks appro ved the Bond of the R. H.
Beaumont Co. of Philadelphia, Pa.', Contractors for the in-
stallati on of Coal & Ash Handling System at the M.E.L. & P.P.
The Board received from Elmer Smith the following bid for a
motorcycle for the Police Dept . :
