Thurs. June 10, 1920 .
The Board of Public Yorks of the City of ii:hmond , Inu_iana, met
in regular session in the office of the said Board Thursday, June
10, 1920, at 9 A.P.T. All the members of the said. Board being pre-
sent Messrs. Gilbert, Tailor , and Peitz the following proceedings
were had to-wit : _
1/ The Clerk presented the complaints from Council of Monday, June 7th
The Board received a communication signed by Josephine Buhl and
eight others protesting against the practice of the at. inept. keep-
ing its tools stored on Park St. Referred to Mr. Taylor.
The Clerk was instructed to advertise for bids for City Advertising
accorJ ing to the specifications of 1919.
'The Clerk was instructed to notify the Hoffman Construction Co. to
remove the building material from the sidewalk on South 10th St.
at once.
The Clerk was instructed tc notify the 3upt. of the Richmond Div.
of the P.C.C. & St. D. R.R. Co. to have the north 12th St. cross-
ing put in good condition.
Upon the recommendation of !.Ir. Miller, Fire Chief, Mr. Feltz moved
that Mr. Miller purchase a Burrell Gas Mask of the Mine Safety Ap-
pliciance Co. , Pittsburgh, Pa. for the sum of 20.00. Seconded by
Mr. Taylor motion prevailed.
The Clerk was instructed to notify the property omer on N. llth
Street between I & J,arhere a stone wall caved in, to remove the
rubbish .
The Board then adjourned.
