All members of the Board were present. D'Arcy made a motion to adopt Ordinance #959 - Chapter 7, Article 8, Section 8-72 - An Ordinance Authorizing the E~cution of a Pre-Annexation Agreement with the First Bank of Oak Park as Trustee under Trust No. 8672, dated the 17th. day of February, 1969, and its Grantees, Lessees, Contract Purchasers, Successors and Assigns,.and John A. Mr. Bernard N~Cormick, a concerned Plainfield resident, spoke before the Board asking better police protection on Pratt Lane due to vandalism and the possibility of inspection of the poor resurfacing recently ddrre on Pratt Lane. Board agreed to investigate. D. Rife. made a motion to pass Resolution for Maintenance of Streets and Highways by NTunicipality under the Illinois Highway Code for 1980 in the amount of $12,000.00.
