Continuation of Oct. l5, 1979 meeting
DATE: October 22, 1979
AT: Village Hall
Members of the Board Present: President Selfridge, Trustees
G. Ansley, J. D'Arcy, J. King,
D. Rife, L. Robinson.
Trustee: S. Yates was absent.
President Selfridge called the meeting to order at 7:04 p.m.
President Selfridge introduced a representative from Julius
Wiles Corporation, Plant Manager Mr. Darmend. He talked to
the Board in .reference to a $3 million Revenue Bond for ex-
pansion of their plant, to be completed early in 1980.
President Selfridge requested Mr. Darmend to present the
Board with a written outline of their plans for the Board
and our attorney to review.
President Selfridge read a letter from Knights of Columbus
Tootsie Roll Drive, Friday, November 2. The Board had no
objections to the drive, however they would appreciate the
woxkers not soliciting in the intersections.
J. King made motion to approve the bid of $14,716.00 from
Vidmar Buick far two squad cars. Seconded by D. Rife.
,Vote by roll call: G. Ansley., aye; ~T. D'Arcy, aye; J. King,
aye; D. Rife, aye; L. Robinson, aye. Five ayes, no nays.
Motion declared carried.
D. Rife made a motion to adjourn at 7:24 p.m. to an execu-
tive session. L. Robinson seconded.
