Monday, May 31,, 1920 .
The Board of Public Wroks of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session in the office of said Board Monday,
May 31, 1920, at 9 A.M. Two of the members of the said Board
being present Messrs. Taylor, and Peitz, absent Mr. Gilbert,
the following proceedings were had to-wit :-
The Board met to hear all persons interested in or whose pro-
perty is affected under Improvement Resolution No. 579 - 1920
providing for the improvement of the north side of North "D"
Street by constructing cement curb & gutter 28"inches wide
from North 11th to North 12th Street. No one appearing and no
remonstrance having been filed the Board decided that the
benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improve-
ment are equal to the cost of same as reported by the City
Engineer, and thereupon took final action on said resolution,
the same being confirmed without modification.
Specifications were received from Mr. Dillon, Supt." of the
Light Plant for Coal & Ash handling system for the Municipal
Electric Light & Power Plant. The Board instructed the Clerk
to advertise for bids according to the specifications. __
The Board then adjourned.
