The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indi ana , met
in regular sessi on in the office of the said Board Monday, May
24, 1920, at 9 A.M. All the members of the said. Board being
present Messrs. Gilbert, Taylor, and Peitz, the following pro-
ceedings were had to-wit : -
The Board approved and signed the Contract & Bond of Daniel G.
Burkhardt, Contractor, under Improvement Resolution #577-1920.
Chas. Jordon appeared before the Board in the- interest of the
- Chautaue.ua Association asking that the Board renew the associa-
ti or.' s contract wi-th the City for a period of five ( 5) years.
Taken under advi semeat .
Upon the recommendation of Wm. Hunt, Market Master, Mr. Peitz
- moved that the City reserve the right to reject all bids under
$20.00 for inside stalls at the market house, $7.50 for stalls
under the eaves, and 5.00 on the curb. Seconded by Mr. Taylor
moti on prevailed. •
The Board then adjourned.
