Resolution No. 573--1920. After hearing all. r�ersons interested
who pcd Ted, and a remonstrance having been filed signed by a
majority of the residence Property owners on motion of Mr. Feltz
and seconded by Mr. Taylor the Board reci nded all former action
on sai.d resolution.

Improvement Mesoluti on No. 574-1920 . After hearing all. persons
who appeared and no remonstrance having been filed the Board de-
cided that the benefits to rrcperty liable to he assessed for
said improvement are equal to the cost of same as reror'ted by the
City Civil Engineer, thereupon took final action on said Resolu-
tion the same bei nP- confirmed without modification and ordered
the Clerk to advertise 'or bids.
The Board met to hear all rersors interested or whose property is
affected by the improvement of North "A" St. from North end to
North 3rd St. and North 2nd St . from North "A" St . north on North
