The Board of Public Vorks of the City of Richmond , Indian, :yet
in regular sebsion in the office of said Beard Thursday, April
15th , 192L, at 9 A.M. All the members of the said. Board being
present Messrs. Gilbert, Taylor, and Peitz the loll owin pro-
ceedings were had to-wit : -
1/ Mr. Miller,, Fire Chief reported to the Board the resi.gnation of
Esmond Lee. The Board accepted the resignation.
The Board received the followingproposal:

In accordance v. ith a verbal agreement with your City Atty.
± . Byram C. Robbins , we will make a thorough examination of
the records and a complete report of the operations of your
Electric Light Plant for the past three or five years at the
following per diem rates :
Mr. Herdrich, : v5.00 per day,
Mr. Perk, <<25.00 per day,
IC.r. Stout , 1?17. 50 per day,
Plus necessary hotel and rail-
road fare.
It is considered that each seven hours constitutes one day.
It is impossible , as you ,.-now, to foretell the number of
days necessary th ° ;.,o , The time required depends en-
tirely to do this r.�.

We have in mind now the kind of information that will 1e
submitted, but new things will arise as the v:orh proresses,

cover all phases of the operations of the plah.t. This resort
can be used in all future transactions with the citi zens , your

4,500 had been made to cover this e_xz en.se , and we will try to
stay under this amount.
The detailed work will be done by Mr. Perk and Mr. Stout

who will be directed and advised in all things by Mr. Herdrich.

The Board received a petition for the passage of a resoluti on
