Special Meeting -Canvass of Votes
.DATE: April 23, .1979 AT: Village Hall
,MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: R. Selfridge, President, Trustees, G. Ansley,
J. D'Arcy, J. King, D. Rif e. L. Robinson were
present. Trustee, G. Beahm was absent.
President Selfridge called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m, with the
pledge to the flag. Roll call was taken. Trustee, G. $eahm, was absent.
Village Clerk presented. the tally sheets to the Board. The Village Clerk
read aloud the totals reported from the Certificate of Results for each
candidate.
D. Rife made a motion to pass a Resolution declaring the results of the
election. A totdl!.of 986 ballots were cast. Donald Rif e, 653 votes,
Lorin Robinson 45$ votes and Shirley Yates, 447 votes were duly declared
elected as Village Trustees. 5ecvnded by J. King. Vate by roll call:
Ansley, aye; D'Arcy, aye; King, aye; Rif e, aye; Robinson, aye. F ive ayes.
na nays. Motian declared carried.
On motion meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
