The Board. of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular SeSSi o,n in the office of said Board. Monday,
April 12 , 1920 , at 9 A.M. A11 the members of the said Board
being present Messrs . Gilbert, Taylor, and Pet tz, . the fol-
lowing proceedings were had to -wit : -
The Board ar:rrcved the Primary Assessment Roll of Benefits
Damages in the matter of the vacation of the 1st alley south
of S. uC St. running from J. 10th St . east to the 1st alley
running north and south betwee;. S. "C" and " . "L' Bt . in rti the e
Jonathan Moore' s Add. under Declaratory Besoluti on -#139-1920
The Board fixed the 26th day of Apri I , 19 20 , as the day of
heari rg against said. assessment .
The Board received a communication from the S. S. I. is. re-
questing that some steps be taken to prevent the distroying
of the lawn & trees in the S. 7th St.
Park, which is being
done by the boys making a base ball diamond in the Park. Mr.
Feltz moved that thn communication_ be referred to the Park
Supt. for acti on. Seconded by Mr. Taylor.
The Board then adjourned.
