( Special Session. )
The Board of Public `4trolls of the City of Richmond, Indiana , met
in Special Session in the office of said Board, Monday- , March
29 th , 1920, at 11 o' clock A.M. All the members of the said
Board being, present Messrs. Gilbert,- Taylor, -and PeT tz the •fol-
lowing proceedings were had to -wit : -
The Board took up the matter of the employment of an Electrical
Engineer to outline the needs of the M.E.L. & P.P. After hear-
ing the -proposals from Shourds - McCormick Co. , Inc. Engineers
Architects, Terre Haute , Indiana , the Hoosier Engineer Co. of
Indianapolis, and Morris Knowles, Inc. Engineers, Pittsburgh Pa.
Mr. Pelts moved that the proposal of the Morris Knowles Co.
Pittsburgh be accepter', and they be awarded the contract .
- Seconder? by Mr. Taylor so ordered. ( See Contract ) .
The Board thon adjourned.

The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, 1n9.1Pna,
met in regular session. in the offico of said Board Thursday,
April 1 , 1920 , at 9 O' clock A.M. .T ro members of the said
Board being presort Messrs . Taylor, and Peitz , absent Mr.
Gilbert , the following proceedings were had to--wit : -
The Board received a petition from the Terre Haute , Indiana-
polis & Eastern Traction Co. to abolish ticket fares on -Rich-
mond, Indiana, city lines, which has been filed before the
Public Service Commission of Indiana, which was referred to
the City Attorney.
The Board then adjourned.
