G. Ansley made a motion to accept the proposal of Filbey, Summers, Abolt,
Good and Kiddoo far bookkeeping services on a six month trial basis effective
March 1, 1979 at a cost of $350.00 per month. Seconded by J. King, Vote by
roll call: Ansley, aye; Beahzn, aye; D'Arcy, aye; King, aye; Rife, aye;
Robinson, aye. Six ayes, no nays. Motion declared carried.
It was agreed to bald a special meeting Wednesday, February 21, 1979 at
7:00 p.m. to further discuss the James Street/Plaza Drive Improvement Project.
L. Robinson made a motion to pass a Resolution honoring the Rusty Runners
Snowmobile Club of Plainfield. Seconded by J. D'Arcy. Vote by roll call:

Six ayes, no nays. Motion declared carried.
D. Rife made a motion to award the bid for the sign for the Village Hall to
Wheeler Signs at a cost of $625.00 Seconded by J. D'ARcy. Vote by roll call:

Six ayes, ua nays. Motion declared carried.
J. King made a motion to authorize renewal of Public Officials and Employees
Liability Insurance with $5,000,000 limits of liability at a cost of
$2,518.00 anually. Seconded by L. Rob.insan.' Vote by roll.callc Ansley, aye;
Beahm, aye; D'Arcy, aye; King, aye; Rife, aye; Robinson, aye. Six ayes, no
nays. Motion declared carried.
The honing Board of Appeals Report was submitted pertaining to Case No.
67-122678V (K. Stalzer side. yard variance).
J. D'Arcy made a motion the Village enter into a lease agreement with
Gary Lichtenwalter Agency for rental of the former Village Hall for $200.00 net
