The Board of Publi c tir`roks of the City of Richmond, Indiana , met
in Special Session in the office of said Board, Monday- , March
29 th , 1920, at 11 ow clock A.M. All the members of the said

lov; ng proceedings were had to -wi. t
The Board took up the aratter of the employment of an Electrical
Engineer to outline the needs of the M.E.L. & P.P. After hear-
ing the -proposals from Shourds - McCormick Co. , Inc. Engineers
& Architects , Terre Haute , In,diana , the Hoosier Engi neer Co. of
Indianapolis, and Morris Mnow•les, Inc. Engi neers, Pittsburgh Pa.
Mr. Pelts moved that the proposal of the Morris Yncwles Co. ,
d Pittsburgh be accepte , and they be awarded the contract .
- Seconded by IMr. Taylor so ordered . ( See Contract ) .
The Board then adjourned.

Gilbert , the followi ng proceedings were had to-wit
The Board received a petiti on from the Terre Haute, Ind iana--
polis & Eastern Tracti on Co. to abolish ticket fares on Rich-
mend, Indiana, city lines, which has been filed before the
_ublic Servi ce Commission of Indiana, which was referred to
the City Attorney.
The Board then adjourned.
