PI,AINFIELD VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Regular Meeting
DATE: February 5, 1979 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: Complete Board was present.
President Selfridge called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m with the Pledge
to .the Flag. Roll call was taken. All members of the Board were present.
J. King made a motion to approve minutes of January 8th and January 22nd
as printed. Seconded by G. Beahm. Motion declared carried.
L. Robinson made a motion to approve Tom Mefferd act as consultant to
Plainfield High School pertaining to their communications system. Seconded
by D. Rife. Motion declared carried.
G. Beahm made a motion to table action on phone system for police department
until next meeting. Seconded by D. Rife. Motion declared carried.
J. D'Arcy made a motion to pass Ordinance No. 939, "An Ordinance Annexing
Frieders And Wood Property", Chapter 7, Article 8, Section 8-6$ of the
Codified Oarda.nances of the Village of Plainfield. Seconded by J. King.
Vote by roll call: Ansley, aye; Beahm, aye; D'Arcy, aye; King, aye; Rife,
aye; Robinson, aye. Six ayes, na nays. Motion declared carried.
G. Beahm made a motion to pass Ordinance No. 9.40, "An Ordinance Annexing
Lots 1 Through 5 And 11 Through 15 Of Marybrook Subdivision", Chapter 7,
Article $, Section $-67 of the Codified Ordinances of The Village of Plainfield.
Seconded by J. D'Arcy. Vote by roll call: Ansley, aye; Beahm, aye; D'.Arcy, aye;
Rife, aye; Robinson, aye. Six ayes, no nays. Motion declared carried.
D. Rife made a motion to accept Audit Report No. 31, covering the receipt and
disbursement of Motor Fuel Tax Funds by the Village January 1, 1977 thru
December 31, 1977. Seconded by J. King. Motion declared carried.
