The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular sessi on in the offi ce of said Board Thursday ,
March 25, 1920 , at 9 A.M. All the members of the said Board •
being present Messrs. Gilbert , Taylor, and Peitz the follo! ing
proceedings were had. to-wit : •

The Board approved the bond of the Barrett Co. of Chicgo ,- ' ,
Illy , for the furnishing of Tarvia to the City of Richmond,
Indiana, for the year 1920.
The Board instructed the Clerk to notify the .Malleable Cast-
ings Co, to stop the leakage of cinders from their wagons up-
on the streets. •
•
Mr. Davis, City Engineer, notified the Board that the St. Dept.
have sold the old dump wagon for 399.00.
Mr. Pelts moved that the Street Commissi over be instructed to
flush Main Street , North "E" St. , and Ft. Wayne Ave. as soon as
possible. Seconded by Mr. Taylor eo ordered.
The Clerk Tas instructed to notify the T.H.I. & E. Traction Co.
to stop parking cars on North "D" St. , ' Ft. Wayne Ave. , and •
North-west 5th Street. The Board then adjourned.
