Roll call was taken. All members of the Board were present. G. Ansley made a motion to approve current invoices far payment as presented. Seconded by G. Beahm. Vote by roll call: Ansley, aye; Beahm, aye; D'Arcy, aye; King, aye; Rife, aye; Robinson, aye. Six ayes, no nays. Motion declared carried. The Treasurer's Report was submitted. J. D'Arcy made a motion to pass a Resolution authorizing the Mayor, Village Clerk and Treasurer to execute application forms and documents for the revisions for the Plan of Study and Grant, Step 1 Facility Planning, contingent upon approval and review by Village Board. Seconded by D. Rife. Vote by roll call: Ansley, aye; Beahm, aye; D'Arcy, aye; King, aye; Rife, aye; Robinson, aye. Six ayes, no nays. Motion declared carried. L. Robinson made a motion to pass a Resolution of Intent Regarding Initiation of Facilities Planning (Step I). Seconded by J. King.
