was absent.
D. Rife made a motion to appoint G. Ansley as President Pro-tem.
Seconded by 0'. King. All ayes. Motion declared carried.
L, Robinson made a motion for new billing rates to industries for
BQD Waste be billed on next billing. Seconded by J. D'Arcy,
'Vote by xoll call: Ansley, aye; Beahm, aye; D'Arcy, aye; King,
aye., Rife, aye; Robinson, aye. 6 ayes O:nays. Motion declared carried.
Clerk was instructed to write a thank you letter to A-Way Disposal
for allowing Civil Defense to park their trucks on A-Way property.
J. D'Arcy made a motion to draw up a resolution for Wadsworth Co.
Seconded by D, Rife. Motion declared carried.
I't wa.s announced that Student Government Day will be November 8, 1978.
A. Rife made a motion to accept gasoline bid of A. Hall's Texaco.
Seconded by J. D'Arcy. Vote by roll call: Ansley, aye; Beahm,
aye; D'Arcy, aye; King, aye; Rife, aye; Robinson, aye. 6 ayes 0
nays. Motion declared carried.
D, Rife made a motion to accept new light poles bid by M. Ward
Electric Co, Seconded by G. Beahm. All ayes. Motion declared carried.
J. King made a moticn to award gas bid to Hall's Texaco. Seconded by
J. D'~Arcy. Vote by roll call; Ansley, aye; Beahm, aye; D'Arcy, aye;
K~nc~, aye; Rife, aye; Robinson, aye. 6 ayes 0 nays. Motion declared
carried.
D. Ri£e made a motion to award light poles bid to M. Ward Electric Co.
at a cost of 51,480.00 Seconded by G. Beahm. Vote by roll call:
Ansley, aye; Beahm, aye; D'Arcy, aye; King, aye; Rife, aye; Robinson,
aye. F ayes 0 nays. Motion declared carried.

Quality Plan. Seconded by J. D'Arcy. All ayes. Motion declared
carried..
J. D'Arcy made a motion to send letter off' rules pertaining to people
having lighted signs. (Shoppa.ng Center So. Raute 59) Seconded by
J. King. Motion declared carried.
