present. Trustee J. D'Arcy was absent.
President Selfridge called the meeting to order at .7:30 p.m. with the
Pledge Ta The Flag. Roll call was taken. Trustee J. D'Arcy was absent.
G. Ansley made a motion to approve payment of invoices as presented.
Se~nded by D. Rife. Vote by roll call: Ansley, aye; Beahm, aye;
King, aye, Rife, aye; Robinson, aye. 5 ayes 0 nays. Motion declared
carried.
D. Rife made a motion to pay Vulcan Basement Waterproofing $2,022.00
at ccgnpleton of the job. Seconded by G. Beahm. Vote by roll call:
Ansley, aye; Beahm, aye; King, aye; Rife, aye; Robinson, aye. 5 ayes
0 nays.. Motion declared carried.
Notion to accept Plan Ccgtmtiission Report. Notion seconded and carried.

deryy rezoning from Res. A to A 1 of property Located at 226 Ottawa Street.

't'he National Building Code", Chapter 7, Article 5, Section 5-6-1 of
the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Plainfield. Seconded by
D. Rife. Vate by roll call: Ansley, aye; Beahm, aye; King, aye;

J, King made a motion to pass Ordinance #925, "An Ordinance Requiring
Pexmts ~'or Buildings, Structures, And Uses, And Setting Fees 'Wherefore",
Chapter 8, Article 6, Section 6-1 of the Codified Ordinances of the
Village of Flaainfield, (:Ordinance No. 674, Sec. 1), Seconded by
