Thurs. Feb. 26, 1920 .
The Board. of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session in the office of said Board Thursday, Feb.
26th, 1920 , at 9 A.Y. All the members .of the said Board being
present Messrs. Gilbert, Taylor, and Peitz the following pro-
ceedings were had to-wit : -
The Board received a complaint from W. P. Robinson of the NE.
Cor. of S. 16th & "E" Sts. in regard to his garbage not having
been collected for many weeks, and requesting that it be- look-
ed after. Referred to the City Eng. to notify Mr. Slick to re-
move same.
The Board received a communication from F. J. Stimson, Supt. of
the. Richmond Div. of the P.C.C. & St. L. R.R. in regard t.o the
City Fire Truck running into the 8th St. crossing gates on Dec.
- 28th , 1919, and stating that the repairs to the gates amounted
to $16.84, and asking the Board to give them authority to bill
the City of `' ichmond for the above amouht covering the cost of
repairs. Referred to the City Atty.

The Board then adjourned.

At 11.30 A.M. Thursday, February 26th, 1920 , the Clerk was in-
structed by all the members of the Board to strike out of the
above record the minute of the action of the Board in the mat-
ter of the Wayne Light & Power Co. contract.
