PI,AINFIELD VILLAGE BOARD OI' TRUSTEES
Special Meeting
DATE: August 2$, 1978 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: President, R. Selfridge, Tristees, G. Ansley,
G. Beahm, J. King, D. Rife, L. Robinson were
present. Trustee, J. D'Arcy was absent.
President Selfridge called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. with the
Pledge to the Flag. Roll call was taken. Trustees J. D'Arcy and D. Rife
were absent. D. Rife arrived at 7:15 p.m.
John .Peterson, .attorney, represented the Parks Brothers.
There was general discussion relative to Plaza Drive improvement, storm
sewer and water main.
General agreement was established on basically a 50/50 expenditure split
on the road improvement including the storm sewer.
Parks Brothers indicated they will return to the Plan Commission for the
rezoning and pre--.annexation agreement procedure.
On motion the meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
