Thurs. Feb. 19, 1920.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session in the office of said Board Thursday, Feb.
19th , 1920 , at 9 A.M. All the members of the said Board being
present Messrs. Gilbert, Taylor, and Peitz the following pro-
ceedings were had to-wit : -
The Board received from the Terre Haute Indianapolis &. Eastern
Traction Co. a copy of a Supplementary Application, to Carriers
Petition to the Public Service Commission of Indiana filed Apr.
25, 1919, Petition for a modification, in order issued by the
Public Service Commission the 29th day of May 1919 under Orders
- No. 4517, 4518, 4519, 4522,4524, 4528, 4540, and 4547, the pe-
titioner',s Number being No. 4519. This was referred to the
City Attorney.
- The Clerk was instructed to write J. K. Jeffries, Gen. Mgr. of
The T. H. I. & E. Traction Co. , Indianapolis,. Ind. , telling him
that due to the fact that the Light Plant question was up before
Council at their last meeting Monday, Feb. 16th, his request in
, regard to tickets had been over looked, but will be taken care
of at next Council Meeting.
The Clerk was instructed to notify the Street Commissioner to
have some cinders hauled and placed at the C. & O. and N. "D"
Street crossing. .
The Board then adjourned.
