40 Office of the Board of Public Works,
City of Richmond, Indiana ,
Thurs. Feb. 12, 1920.
The Board of ' Public Works of the City of Richmond, India, met
in regular session in the office of said Bcard Thursday, Feb.
12th , 1920 , at 9 A.M. All the members of the said Board being
present Messrs. Gilbert, Taylor, and Peitz the following pro-
ceedings were had to-wit :-
The Board received a communication from R. M. Wenger, Supt. of
Police requesting that the partition in the Sergt' s Room be
changed. The Board decided to take care of this matter when the
building is repaired this Spring.
The Board received a communication from Hiram Maine, patentee
of a snow removing apparatus which was referred to the Engineer.
Mr. Gath Freeman again appeared before the Board in the interest
of the Wayne Light , & Power Co. , Mr. Peitz moved that the Board
give their decision on this question Monde", February 16th.
Seconded by Mr. Taylor so ordered.
The Board then adjourned.

The Board of Public Wroks of the Uity of Richmond , Indiana,
met in regular session in the office of said Board Monday,
February 16th, 1920, at 9 A.M. All the members of the said
Board being present Messrs. Gilbert , Taylor, and Peitz the
following proceedings were had to-wit :-
Mr. Peitz moved that the Board is not ready to report on the
Wayne Light & Power contract because they want to get in touch • '
with Consulting Engineers as to the merit of this proposition,
and ascertain prices of equipment etc. , and will report as
soon as possible. Seconded by Mr. Taylor motion prevailed.
The Board instructed the Clerk to present to the Common Council
the following communication:
