MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: President R. Selfridge, Trustees, G. Ansley,
G. Beahm and J. King were present. Trustees,
J. D'Arcy, D. Rife and L. Robinson were absent.
President Selfridge called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m, with the
Pledge to the Flag. Roll call was taken. Trustees, J. D'Arcy, D. Rife
and L. Robinson were absent.
G. Ansley made a motion to approve payment of current invoices as
presented. Seconded by G. Beahm. Vote by moll call; Ansley, aye;. .Beahm,
aye;.'.King, aye; Selfridge, aye. Four ayes, no nays. Motion declared
carried.
The .Plan Commission Report was submitted. J. King made a motion to accept
the Plan Commission Report. Seconded by G. Beahm. Motion declared carried.
J. King made a motion to table action on flan Commission recommendation
relative to Case No, 57-627782 until ne~t.Baard meeting; August 7th::,'-:-.: ':
Seconded by G. Beahm. Motion declared carried.
J. King made a motion to waive bond requirements for Contractor for sewer
extension, Nabby''s Restaurant. Seconded by G. Beahm, Vote by roll call:
Ansley, aye; Beahm, aye; King, aye; Selfridge, aye. four ayes, no nays.
Motion declared carried.
J. King .made a motion to require owner, James Hlavin placing $.1,182.00 in
escrow for engineering fees and inspection fees fax Nabby's Restaurant and
the Contractor supply a certificate of insurance in the amount of $3,000.00
for street and curb cuttings. Seconded by G. Beahm. Vote by roll call:
Ansley, aye; Beahm, aye; King, aye; Selfridge, aye. Four ayes, no nays.
Motion declared carried.
G. Ansley made a motion to approve Occupancy Permits for Lots 127,129 and 130
of Whispering Creek Unit TI upon approval of Village Engineer. Seconded by
G, Beahm. Motion ~~~~-a red carried.
