A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL FROM R-3 ONE TO EIGHT FAMILY RESIDENCE TO A SPECIAL USE DISTRICT
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 2515 East Main Street, and legally described as provided and follows, to wit:
PT S W SEC 34-14-1 1.785A
PT SW SEC 34-14-1 0.02 A
as an R-3 one to eight family residence; and
Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate’s zoning designation to
a Special Use District in order to allow the owner to construct a new medical building.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to a Special Use District.
Passed and Adopted this 15TH day of August 2005, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
