MEMBERS OI' BOARD PRESENT: Trustees, G. Ansley, G. Beahm, J. King, D. Rife,
were present. President Selfridge, Trustees,
J. D'Arcy and L. Robinson were absent
In the absence of President Selfridge the Village Clerk called the
meeting to order at 7:10 p.m. Roll call was taken. President Selfridge,
Trustees, J. D'Arcy and L. Robinson were absent.
.7. King made a motion to appoint G. Ansley, President Pro-tem. Seconded
by G. Beahm. Motion declared carried.
President pro-tem Ansley led the group in the Pledge to the Flag.
The report of the Plan Commission was read.
J. King made a motion to accept Plan Commission report. Seconded by G. Beahm.
Motion declared carried.
The Annexation Agreement was read and defined by Attorney Buck.
D. Rife made a motion to adopt a Resolution to authorize the execution of
the Annexation Agreement between the Village of Plainfield and Trinity Midwest
Corporation Seconded by J. King. Vote by roll call: Ansley, aye; Beahm,
aye; King, aye; Rife, aye. Four ayes, no nays. Motion declared carried.
D. Rife made a motion to pass an Ordinance annexing the subject property
ptk~.su~_nt. to the terms of the Annexation Agreement anal all contrary rules
to be suspended. Seconded by J. King. Vote by roll call: Ansley, aye;
Beahm, aye; King, aye; Rife, aye. Four ayes, no nays. Motion declared
carried.
G. Beahm made a motion to accept recommendation of Plan Commission to
rezone subject property to I-1 District and pass an Ordinance to rezone
annexed property to I-1 District. Seconded by G. Ansley. Vote by roll
call: Ansley, aye; Beahm, aye; King, aye; Rife, aye. Four ayes, no nays.
Motion declared carried.
On motion meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
