The Board of Public dorks of. the City of Richmond , Indiana , met
in regular session in the office of said Board Thursday, January
26th , 1920 at 9 o ' clock A. M. All the members of said Board being
present , Messrs, Gilbert , -Peitz and Taylor , ' the following proceed-
ings were had, to-wl.t : -
The Board received a letter from Mrs , John S. Owens of 101 South
cry � .�-. a_�. z letter reet , in regard to the removal of ashes, the le per was
placed on file .
The Board met to receive bias for a Centrifugal Four Stage xori-
zantal Boiler Peed Pump for the M. E. L. & P. P. The follor.ing
bids were received, viz :
Aiber;:er Pump & Condensor Co . , of Chicago , Ill, bid ;
"'One ( 1) -5 inch four stage type "N" Centrifugal Pump, with bronze
impellers and bronze covered steel f a t , complete with flexible
coupling and extended baseplat to receive .
"One ( 1) -No. 301 Alberger Curtis Non-Condensing Impulse Type Stem.
Turbine , complete with Pickering Governor .
" ( 1) 2 , Inch Excess Type Pressure Governor.

But as said corporation failed ,to a'L eoIIIjJany their bid with a

affidavit as re cuired. by law, the Board cannot c ':i15ider .said.
