101 South 21st Street that the Ci a Ordinance requires that ashes be
placed in th'e alley or some accessible place and as soon as she
complies with this ordinance to notify the Board and that they
will have ashes removed at once.

The Board of Public tiOrks of the City of Richmond , Indiana , met
in regular se.3 ui on in the office of said Board Thursday , January
26th , 1920 at 9 o ' clock A. M. All the members of said Board being
present , Messrs, Gilbert , -Peitz and Taylor , the following proceed-
ings were had, to-wit : -

Board received a letter from Mrs , John S. Owens of 101 South
21st otreet , in regard to the removal of ashes , the letter was
placed On file .
The Board met to receive aids for a Centrifugal Pour Stage hori-
zantal Boiler Feed Pump for the Y. E. L. & P. P. The fo llov•ifg
bids were received, viz :
Alberger Pump & Condensor Co . , of Chicago , Ill, bid ;
