ings were had to-wit : -

9th Annual State Weights w Measures Convention to be held in
Tomlinson Hall , Indianapolis , Indiana, May 11-12-13 & 14, 1920 . ,
Mr. Gilbert moved that the Street Dept . be instructed to remove
all Might & .Left Signs from the various street crossings gs through-
out out the City . Seconded by Mr. Taylor . Mr. Gilbert and Mr. Taylor
voting aye . Mr. Pelts voting nay. Motion prevailed.
The Board took up the matter cf the modification cf the Garbage
Contract with M'flr. Slick , and Denver Harlan his attorney. And Mr.
!'e7 is moved that an agreement be prepared supplementing the orig-
inal garbage contract that isto be prepared by City Atty. t Gu-
bins and Denver Harlan, Atty. for Li: . Slick , herein provision
will be made that Mr. Slick shall 4suine and preform the duties
heretofore preformed by Suft . of the Crematory ,without any ad-
ditional consideration from the City , add without any deduction
from the contract price which is paid the Contractor under the
contract . Said a 'reement when prepared to be prevented to the
Board at the meeting January 22nd, 1920 .
