A. 1��� 9th Annual State Weights & Measures Convention to be held in Tomlinson hall , Indianapolis , Indiana, May 11-12-13 & 14, 1920 Mr. Gilbert moved that the Street Dept . be instructed to remove all Hight & Left signs from the various street crossings through- out the City . Seconded by Mr . Taylor. Mr. Gilbert and Mr. `Taylor voting aye . Mr. Peitz voting nay. Motion prevailed. The Board took up the matter of the modification Cf the Garbage Contract wi th Mr. Slick , and Denver Harlan his attorney. And Mr. Pelts moved that an agreement be prepared supplementing the orig- inal _'ark age contract that is to be prepared by City Atty. i{oC1- bins and Denver Harlan, Atty. for I.'_. slick , herein provision will be made that Mr. Slick shall_ -adsume and preform the duties heretofore preformed by Suet . of the Crematory,wi bout any ad- ditional consideration from the City , and without any deduction from the contract rn. ce which is paid the Contractor under the contract.
