The Board of Public ,-"orks of the City of hichmond, Ind=sna,
met in reul.ar session in the office of Board d se Monday,
said
January 5, 1920, at 9 A.M. All the members of the said Board
being present Messrs . Gilbert , Taylor, and Peitz , the follow-
ing proceedings were had to-wit :-
Pursuant to postponement to this date the Board meets to hear
remonstrances and take final action on .Declaratory Resolution

South "1" St. The Board on request of the S.S. I.A. again
postponed the hearing until Monday, January 19th, 1220 .
The Board instructed the Clerk to write to the Clerk of Muncie ,
and the Clerk of New Castle, Indiana, in regard to Traffic Signs.
The Board meets to hear and consider rer onstrances cf persons
Primarily Assessed in the matter of Benefits and Damages for
the widening of South "B" Street from South 16th St. east to the
west line of Lot 52, heeveston Add. under Declaratory Resolution
i-137-1919 . After hearing all persons who appeared_ and remonstr-
ance having been filed by VJrn. P. Robinson against the amount of
Damages awarded to cart of Tract 510 , Official Map of the City
of Richmond , the Board on motion postponed final action until
Monday , January 12th , 1920.
Harvey Hunt of S . 2nd St . & " " St . appeared before the Board
and complained about the sewer emptying on to his property at
that location. The Board will investigate .
- Bills to the amount of , 15,329.36 were allowed and. ordered paid.
The Board then adjourned.
