The Board of rabl.ic r.c s of the City of Richmond , Indiana , met
in regular session in. the office of said Board Thursday , ilovember
15, 1919 , at 9 A.M. .TWo we bees of the said Board being present
Messrs. Taylor, and Peitz , absent Mr. Gilbert , the following pro-
ceedi.ngs were had to-wit : -
Mr.I/ Peitz informed the Board that he had received various complaint'
in regard to the Milk lien disturbing people while deliverying milk .
in the early hours of the morning. The Board instructed the Clerk
to have the Police Dept . notify Dairymen to stop this nuisance .
The Board instructed the Clerk to notify H. H. Ysagner of 121 S. llt�:
St. to have the building material and trash removed from the street
at S. 16th & C Street .
The Board unanimously adopted Declaratory -Resolution #13 -1919 to
widen South "E" St. on the north side fi`om South 16th St . east to
the west line of Lot 7#52 , Heeveston Add. More sreci fically des--
cribed0 ( See Resolution) .
The Board then adjourned.

On motion the Board decides to have a new brick flue with tile
lining put on the Care Taker° s Hesi Bence at the Jetenti on lies 11/

Mr. Pelts moved that the matter of the ashes at the Fast Office
be referred tc E. L. .Mich , :rash Contractor, to haul away, and
to collect for same from Fcstmaster as per hid by the Board.

appropriation of Ten Thousand ( 10 ,000.00 ) '.11olla..rs for the pu_-
- chase of coal. the :card instructed the City ._ttorney to pre-
pare an orcirance for 2=0 ana present to the Common Council .
The Board instructed the _:iar'Ket _.:aster to have the Ci.t:7 Scales
repaired and i ut in Food condition.
On motion the Board instructed the Clerk to notify Z. E. Slick ,
Trash & Garhade Contractor, and his assistant Harry 1essel, that
they must make a written daily report to the Board of Public
1.orks as to the alleys and parts of the Cit.:Cit.:7 that have been
cleaned each day.
