The Board of Public rks of the City of Bic''mond , Indiana , met
in regular session in the office of said Board Thursday , November
13, 1919 , at 9 A.M. TWo th i hers of the said Board being present
Messrs. Taylor, and Feltz , absent Mr . Gilbert , the following pro-
ceedings were had to-wit : -
Mi. Peitz informed the Board that he had received various complaint
in regard to the Milk Men disturbing people while deliverying milk .
in the early hours of the morning. The Board instructed the Clerk
to have the Police Dept. notify Dairymen to stop this nuisance .
The Board instructed the Clerk to notify H. H. r:agner of 121 S. lit]
St. to have the building material and trash removed from the street
at S. 16th & C Street .
The Board unanimously adopted Declaratory iiesolution v137-1919 to
widen South "B" St. on the north side f it m South 16th St . east to
_the Test line of Lot =52, peeve ton Add. More specifically des-
cribed o ( See riesoluti on) .
The Board then adjourned.
