The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session in the office of said Board Monday, November
10, 1919 , at 9 A.M. A11 the members of the said Board being
present Messrs. Gilbert , Taylor, and Peitz , the following pro-
ceedings were had to-wit :- _
The Board meets to hear remonstrances if any of persv ns Primarily
Assessed on account of the construction of a Sewer in South d'E"
St . , and alley between South 4th & 5th Streets from South 6th & 1/:
"L' " Sts. west on "L" St. to alley running north & south between
South 4th & 5th St . ; thence north in said alley to 1st alley S.
of South "1" St . running east & west , Under, Im rovement Resolu-
tion No. 566-1919. No one appearing or remonstrating the Board
appre ved the Final Assessment aoll confirming in all things the
Original Assessment Roll as heretofore approved., and now direct
the same to be transmitted forthwith to the Dept. of Finance .
The Board instructed the Clerk to notify B . .Gehr of -400 S. 14th
St. , . and Louis Stauber of i;-203 South 13th St . to have the shade
trees infront of their property trimmed up so that people can
pass under them wi th out being struck by the limbs.
Mr. _Feltz moved that the salary of the Serer men Messrs. John
Sliver, William Mui\Ta;% , and Isaac Marl-ley be increased five ( 5C
cents per hour. Seconded by Mr. Taylor motion prevailed .
The Board instructed Harry 4r'essel to notify Mr . F. E. Slick,

trash contractor, to Mace on more mei and get the trash properly
cleaned up.
The Board then adjourned.
