The Board cf rablic `corks of the City of ``ichmond, Indiana , met
in regular session in the office of said Board Monday , November
3, 1919, "- .t 9 A.L. 2.11 the members of the said Board being pre-
sent Messrs. Gilbert , Taylor, and Pelts , the following proceed-
ings were had to-wit : -
The Board meets to hear remonstrances if any of persons PriI ar- '
ily Assessed on account of the constructinn of a cement sidewalk

remonstrating the Board approved the Final Assessment -loll con-
firming the original assessment roll as heretofore approved and
now direct the same to be transmitted forthwith to the department
- of finance .
The Board directed the Einar ce Dept . to pay the following 5ra
reserve retained on the following improvements :

- The correspondence from the Starr Piano Co. in regard to arc
,lights 1,1r. Pelts moved be referred to Mr . Dillon, Supt. of the
Light Plant .
;sir. Pelts moved that the men while working on sewers be given a
raise of fifteen ( 15V) cents additional per hour. Seconded by
Mr. Taylor motion prevailed.
The Board instructed Mr . Dillon to attend a conference of operators
of coal burning utiliii es in the State to consider coal supIlly
stor,idovember 4th , 1919 ,.. before the Public Service Commission.
The Board then adjourned.
