The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indian., met in regular session in the office of said Board Monday, October 27 , 1919 , at 9 A. I. All the members of the said Board being present Messrs. Gilbert, Taylor, and Peitz , the following pro- ceedings were had to-wit : - The Board approved the Primary Assessment Roll in the matter of Improvement' Resolution No. 570-1919 providing for the construc- tion of a cement roadway in the alley between North 12th & 13th Streets from North "C'T Street to North "D" Street. Oct. 30, 1919 . The Board of Public Uorks of the City of- Richmond, Indiana, met in rerular session in the oft ce of said Board Thursday, October 30, 1919 , at 9 A.M. All the members of the said Board being pre- sent Messrs. Gilbert , Taylor, and PeL tz , the following proceedings were had to-wit : - The Board grnnted H. F. Dalbey permission to cut an 8' ft drive- way in the curb at #68 South 17th Street under private contract at the petitioner' s expense subject to the ingp ecti on of the City Engineer. The Board approved the Contract & Bond of Miller Bros. as princi- pal and the United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company as surety in the matter of installing a Gasoline , Oil & Air Dispenser at #44 & 46 South 6th Street. (See Contract a: Bond. ) The Board instructed the Clerk to notify Ed. Jay of 322 College Ave. to have the weeds cut , and clean off the sidewalk around his lot at the corner of SW. "A" & 5th Street . The Board unanimously adopted Declaratory Resolution 7r13O---1919 to vacate the alley 1st north of Richmond Avenue from the east line of lot 52 to the west line of lot 59 of Albert : . Gregg' s Sub-Div of the Pleasant Hill Add. More specifically described ( See Resolution) . Thursday, October 30, 1919 . 375 The Board unanimously adopted Declaratory Resolution 131--1919 to vacate the alley running north and south between N . 8th Street and Sedgwi.ck Street from the 1st alley south of f Chestnut Street to the 1st alley north of Richmond ,Avenue all in Albert t . Gregg' s Sub-Div of the Pleasant Hill Addition. Lore particularly des- cribed ( See Resolution. ) . I/ _ The Board unanimously adopted Declaratory Resolution No. 132-1919 to vacate the let alley running north and south, west of N n. 8t St. from Richmond Avenue to Chestnut Street, all in Albert Ted. Gregg' s Sub-Div of the Pleasant Hill Addition. More particularly _ described ( See Resoltati on ) . The Board unanimously adopted Declaratory Resolution Nc. 133-1919 to vacate the let alley running east and west 1st south of Chest- nut Street from NW. 7th Street to west line of Lots 63 & 67, all in Albert ti'. Gregg' s Sub-Div of the Pleasant Hill Addition. More particularly described ( See Resolution ) . The Board unanimously adopted Declaratory Resolution No. 134-1919 to vacate a portion of NW. 7th St. from the north line of Chest- nut St . to the south line of Right of tay of t1.e P.C .C. & St.L. R.R. Indianapolis Div. More, partied larly described (See Resolu- tion) . The Board unanimously adopted Declaratory Resolution No. 133-1919 to vacate NW. 8th Street running from north line of Richmond Ave. to the ,South line of Chestnut Street. More particularly describ- ed ( See Resolution ) . The Board unanimously adopted Declaratory Resolution No. 136-1919 to vacate Chestnut Street from the west line of NW. 7th St. to the west line of the alley running north and south tut `nest of .u& . 5th Street.
