The Board of Public orks of the City of Richmond, Indiana , met
.in regular session in the office of said Board Thursday, October
23, 1919 , at 9 A.M. ;ill the members of the said Board bei ng pre-
sent Messrs. Gilbert , Taylor, and Peitz , the following proceed-
ings were had t o-wi t

The City Engineer reported the completion of the contract under
Improvement Resolution #570-191.9 . Mr. Peitz moved that it be ac-
, cepted and the Clerk ordered to prepare the assessment roll.
Seconded by Mr. Taylor so ordered. ,
The Clerk presented to the Board the complaints from Council of
Monday, October 20th, 1919 .
The Board granted A. V . Gregg permission to cut an 8' ft drive-
way in curb infront of lots 78 & 79 heeveston Add. on the east
side of South 18th St. subject to the approval of the City Eng.
The Board instructed the Clerk to have Police Dept. notify
Edgar E. Townsend of 104 South 13th Street to have the rubbish
arid building material in alley at rear of his property removed
within 5 days from receipt of notice .
Pursuant to postponement to this date the Board meets to hear re-
monstrances and take final action on Declaratory Resolution No .

"I" . No remonstrance was filed against said proposed opening,
but the Board being fully advised on this matter on motion deem-
ed that certain lots lying in Bealiview will be benefited by
this opening to the extent of 2,000.00 and continue final action
until Thursday, November 6th, at 9 A.M.
The Board then adjourned.
