PLAINFIELD VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING
Special Meeting
DATE: August 22, 1977
AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: President Selfridge, Trustees, G. Ansley, G. Beahm,
J. King, D. Rife, L. Robinson were present. Trustee
J. D'Arcy was absent.
President Selfridge called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m. Roll call was
taken. Trustees J. D'Arcy and L. Robinson were absent.
There was considerable discussion relative to storm. sewer runoff. Village
Engineer was instructed to submit a lot and block grading plan and storm
water drainage plan. Building Inspector was asked to submit an opinion.
Trustee L. Robinson arrived at 7:50 p.m.
J. King made a motion to authorize J. T. 0"Brien, Sewer Equipment Company
of America to commence TV Inspection of sewer at Pheasant Chase Subdivision
at $.42 per ft. .Seconded by G. $eahm. Vote by roll call: Ansley, aye;
Beahm, aye; King, aye; Rife, aye; Robinson, aye. Five ayes, no nays,
Motion declared carried.
D. Rife made a motion to authorize Village Engineer to secure bids far
televising sewer at Whispering Creek Unit TT. .Seconded by L. Robinson.
Vote by roll call: Ansley, aye; Beahm, aye; King, aye; Rife, aye; Robinson, "'~~~~~~
aye. Five ayes, no nays. Motion declared carried.
On motion meeting adjourned to an Executive Session to discuss personnel.
