MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: All members of Board were present
President Selfridge opened the meeting at 7.30 p.m.
At 8:00 p.m. the following and only bid was opined and read for
gas and oil for Village vehicles
Chobar's Standard: Bid for gas, oil and-minor repairs.
Gas discount $.03 per gal off pump price
Oil discount $.10 pex quart
Repairs -- fair & reasonable prices
Tires sold at sale prices
Cars washed _ normal rate
24 hour towing service
.T. King made a motion to reject the bid and xeadvertise for gas and oil
bids. Seconded by G. Beahm. Motion declared carrieda
A. Rife made a motion to accept the low bid of Lenz 0i,1 Service, Inc.
in the amount of $1.6,237.47 for resurfacing various streets with the
understanding the job be completed by September 1, 1977. Seconded by
J. King. Vote by roll call: Ansley, aye; Fieahm, aye; DTArcy, aye;
King, aye; Rife, aye; Robinson, aye, Six ayes, no nays Motion declared
carried.
G. Beahm made a motion to accept the bid of Crown-Trygg Corp, for resurfacing
of DesPlaines Street in the amount of $5,307.39 with understanding the job
be completed by September 1, 1977. Seconded by .7. D~Arcy, Vote by roll call:
Ansley, aye; Beahm, aye; D'Arcy, aye; King, aye; Rife, aye; Robinson, aye.
Six ayes, no nays. Motion declared carried.
On motion meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
