MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: A11 members of Board were present
President Selfridge called the meeting to order at 7.30 p.m, with the
Pledge to the Flag. Ro11 call was taken. A11 members of the Board were
present.
The Treasurer's Report was submitted.
Ansley made a motion to authorize Village Attorney to send a letter to

Distiller's Company, Ltd, for review of our contract with them for handling
berries. Seconded by G. Beahm. Motion declared carried.,

At 8:00 p.m, the following bids were opened and read for water main extension
and Penn Road extension in Country Manors Subdivision:

J, D~Arcy made a motion all bids be rejected and bid checks be returned by
Clerk. Clerk is to readvertise for bids with bids to be opened at 8:00 p.m.

G. Ansley made a motion to approve appointment of R. Leidig, A, Simmons,
V. Sebastiano, L. Robinson and G. Beahm to the Annexation Committee,

It was announced a special meeting will be held June 27, 1977 to open
bids for gas and oil fox Village vehicles and award the bid for
maintenance of streets.
J. D'Arcy made a motion to approve purchase of a bulletin board for
.Village Hall at a cast of $1b2,00. Seconded by D, Rife. Vote by roll
calls Ansley, aye; Beahm, aye; D'Arcy, aye; King, aye; Rife, aye;
Robinson, aye. Six ayes, no nays. Motion. declared carried,
It was agreed among Board members that Congressman O'Brien's Mobile
Office would better serve the needs of the public by relocating on
Lockport Street in front of Plymouth Congregational Church.
President Selfridge appointed GR Ansley, J. D'Arcy and C, Jennings
as a committee to work on revised water & sewer rates and vehicle stickers,
President Selfridge appointed J,R,King as a committee to work on revised
annexation and subdivision fees,
L. Robinson made a motion to pass Ordinance No. 890, "''An Ordinance Amending
Exhibit "A" Of An Ordinance Providing For Dedication Of School Sites Or For
Payment Of The Fee In Lieu Of School Sites By Land Developers, Subdividers

L. Robinson made a motion to pass Ordinance No. 891, "An Ordinance
Authorizing The Execution Of A Pre-Annexation Agreement With J. David
Swanner," Chapter 7, Article 8, Section 8-60-1 of the Code of Ordinances
of the Village of Plainfield. Seconded by J. D'Arcy. Vote by roll call:

Code of Ordinances of the Village of Plainfield, Seconded by D. Rife.
