PLATNFTELD VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Continuation of March 15, 1982 Meeting
DATE: March 23, 19$2 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS Ok' BOARD PRESENT: President R. Selfridge, Trustees G. Ansley, J. Graham,
J. King, D. Lambert, L. Robinson and C. Smith.
Meeting was brought to order at 7:30 P.M. Ro11 call was taken. All members of
the Board were present.
Board agreed due to the Ordinance not being prepared and our present Village
insurance coverage will not expire until August 28, 1982 to instruct the Will
County Municipal League to proceed withput us on the Risk Management Insurance.
The Board will then make a decision whether or not they will participate.
C. Smith made a motion to pass the intergovernmental agreement with the Plainfield
School District on Plaza Drive. Seconded by J. King. Vote by roll call: King,
aye; Lambert, aye; Robinson, aye; Smith, aye; Ansley, aye; and Graham, aye. 6
ayes, no nays. Motion declared carried.
On motion meeting adjourned at 7:45 P.M.
