Selfridge, Trustees G. Ansley, J. Graham, J. King, D. Lambert, L. Robinson and C. Smith. President called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. with the pledge to the flag. Roll call was taken. A11 members were present. C. Smith made a motion to approve minutes of January 4 and January 18, 1982 as written. Seconded by D. Lambert. Vote by roll call: Smith, aye; Ansley, aye; Graham, aye; King, aye; Lambert, aye; and Robinson, aye. 6 ayes, no nays. Motion declared carried. G. Ansley made a motion to accept receipt of the Motor Fuel Tax Audit ~t34 for the fiscal year January 1, 19$0 through December 31, 1980. Seconded by C. Smith. Vote by roll call: Smith, aye, Ansley, aye; Graham, aye; King, aye; Lambert, aye; and Robinson, aye. 6 ayes, no nays. Motion declared carried. President read a Proclamation proclaiming March 7 through 13, 1982 as Girl Scout Week in the Village of Plainfield. Permission was granted to the Plainfield Lions Club for closer of Chicago Street from Desplaines Street to Fax River Street on August 28th and August 29th for their annual Chicken Barbeque. L. Robinson made a motion to pass Ordinance No. 1029; An Ordinance Authorizing membership in the Intergovernmental Self Insurance Agency. Seconded by D. Lambert. Vote by roll call: Smith, aye; Ansley, aye; Graham, aye; King, aye; Lambert, aye; and Robinson, aye. 6 ayes, na nays. Motion declared carried. L. Robinson made a motion tv sign contract covering Cathodic Protection Systems with Wallace & Tiernan at a cost of $460.00. Seconded by D. Lambert. Vote by roll call: Smith, aye; Ansley, aye; Graham, aye; King, aye; Lambert, aye; and Robinson, aye. 6 ayes, no nays. Motion declared carried. Board agreed for Trustee Smith to contact Mr. Don E. Netzel, Tele Communication, Kankakee, Illinois to appear before the Board at the next meeting to discuss cable TV. J. Graham made a motion to buy equipment and make part of LSDA property (no longer loaned equipment) at a cost of $675.00. Seconded by C. Smith. Vote by roll call: Smith, aye; Ansley, aye; Graham, aye; King, aye; Lambert, aye; and Robinson, aye. 6 ayes, na nays. Motion declared carried. G. Ansley made a motion to authorize the Village Attorney to draw up a Resolution to draft $80,000.00 worth of Revenue Bonds for the Village of Plainfield. Seconded by J. Graham. Vote by roll call: Smith, aye; Ansley, aye; Graham, aye; King, aye; Lambert, aye; and Robinson, aye. 6 ayes, no nays. Motion declared carried. On motion meeting adjourned at 9:02 P.M.
