The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond Indiana, wet
Friday February 6th, 1914, at 9 O'clock A. Lio in the office of
said Board. All the members of said Board being present. L'esers,

The follovd ng petition and rules governing the Municipal Electric
Lighting & Power Plant of said City were adopted, which are in
the words, follovd ng, to-wit;-

Petition of the Municipal Electric Lighting and Power Plant of im
the City of 1liehmond. Indiana, for reduction of its rates for
Light & Power. ..,...,...:....w,.
The Municipal Electric Lighting & Power Plant of the City of
Richmond. Indiana, by its Superintendent and the Board of Public
Works of said City 61,ows to your Honorable Body that it can furnish
electric current for lighting and power purposes at the Hates &
under the rules and Regulations set forth in "Exhibit All hereunto
attached and made a pert hereof and still have a sufficient act in-
come to provide for depreciation and all other reasonable, proper
and necessary charges against the Light Plant Fund; and that said
schedule of rates is a reduction on the average of about sixteen
and two thirds (16 2�J;a) per cent. comrt�red rdth the present rates
of said plant; that it id the'dedire that these rates shall become
effective on the first of March, 1914.

proving said rates for light and power and said rules and regulat-
