Special Meeting
DATE: April 9, 1981 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: President Selfridge, Trustees G. Ansley,
J. Graham, J. King, L. Robinson, and
C. Smith. J. D'Arcy was absent.
President called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. with the pledge
to the flag.
Village Clerk announced this special meeting has been called to order
by the Mayor to canvass the votes of the Village Election held on
April 7, 1981.
Notice of this meeting was duly served to Shirley L. Yates, Village
Clerk; Richard J. Selfridge, President; Trustees G. Ansley, J. D'Arcy,
J. Graham, J. King, L. Robinson, and C. Smith; and the. following media
The Enterprise; Mr. Paul Callighan, WCCQ Radio; Joliet Herald News;
and Mr. Randy Bunger, WJOL. Tt was posted on the front and back doors
of the Village Hall.
The notice is hereby made a part of the official record of this special
meeting.
Roll call was taken. J. D'Arcy was absent.
L. Robinson, R. Selfridge, and Shirley Yates canvassed the votes of
the Village Election, April 7, 1981.
L. Robinson made a motion to pass Resolution No. 808 declaring results
of election. Seconded by J. Graham. Vote by roll call: Ansley, aye;
Graham, aye; King, aye; Robinson, aye; and Smith, aye. 5 ayes, no nays.
Motion declared carried.
On motion meeting adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
