Ansley, J. Graham, J. King, L. Robinson, and C. Smith. J. D'Arcy was absent. President called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. with the pledge to the flag. Roll call was taken. J D'Arcy was absent. C. Smith made a motion to approve current invoices for payment. Seconded by J. I{ing. Vote by roll call: Graham, aye; King, aye; Robinson, aye; Smith, aye; Ansley, aye; 5 ayes, no nays. Motion declared carried. J. King made a motion that the 2 hour parking in the downtown area be changed to a 4 hour parking limit between December 16 to January 5, 1981. Seconded by C. Smith. Vote by roll call: Graham, aye; King, aye; Robinson, aye; Smith, aye; and Ansley, aye. 5 ayes, no nays. Motion declared carried. G. Ansley made a motion for the Village Planner to attend a Grant Workshop at a cost of $90.00. Seconded by J. Graham. Robinson made a motion to pay Tony Tomich & Sons $6,872.75 for partial payment of the sludge drying beds. Seconded by G. Ansley.
